Whether you are looking to reduce your cost per lead (CPL) or grow your return on ad spend (ROAS), I audit & optimise your PPC accounts to meet your marketing objectives & commercial goals.
I design accounts and optimise campaigns that drive demand and discovery, combining strategic structure, refined targeting, creative testing, and robust measurement.
Often overlooked, Microsoft Ads can deliver valuable conversions. I tailor Google campaign learnings to the platform’s nuances, to drive incremental growth.
I build and optimise Sponsored Ads and demand-side campaigns on Amazon that strengthen brand visibility, protect key categories and drive incremental sales.
A common question I get asked alot and the short answer is; I support all three.
I have close to 25 years experience partnering with a wide variety of marketing & product teams of different sizes, in startups, B2C or B2B brands, and I am currently working with a mix of them on Google, Microsoft & Amazon Ads.
This often goes hand in hand with an audit, if you do not have one in place already. I will partner with your team to create a paid search strategy that either I execute or your team can manage with my assistance.
If you need a fresh perspective on your paid search ad accounts, I will work with your team to audit your existing setup and provide both feedback and training on improvements to be made.
I commonly provide full PPC account management to the teams I partner with, from setup, optimisation to monthly reporting and meetings to discussion performance.
If we utilise certain campaign types like PMAX, video or display, in our agreed strategy, I will support your team in the creation and development of these assets.
Whether you are an e-commerce brand that requires a more complex setup with user or transactional data, or a B2B brand who needs to needs to sync their offline data in a CRM like Salesforce with Google Ads, I have extensive experience in all areas when it comes to joining the dots between data in your systems and the PPC platforms.
I work with Google approved CMP partners and have broad experience in the successful implementation of consent solutions within UK, US and European markets, that relate directly to paid search. Getting your measurement foundations correct is critical to your success – whether I am partnering with you on an ongoing basis or a one off project, I will work with your team to configure everything required from enhanced conversions to offline conversion imports.
I coach individuals and train teams to build skills and confidence with all aspects of paid search.

Frequently Asked Questions
My pricing depends on a variety of factors – the scope, complexity and amount of input that is required. With paid search, I work on a project or an ongoing retainer basis with clients. The best starting point is usually a conversation about your current challenges and goals, after which I can provide a clear, tailored proposal where I will outline the required investment and potential outcomes. Broadly speaking, my services relating to paid search start from £1k per month or per project or retainer and up – this excludes media spend on paid media platforms like Google Ads or Meta.
I do not manage paid media spend for my clients directly, rather this is managed between yourself and the platform in question. I therefore make no direct income from the amount you spend, so I don’t have a threshold from that perspective.
I do however have a recommended threshold of spend required to provide the very best chance an account is successful. Google, Microsoft and Amazon Ads succeed based on the data they generate and are provided. With small media spend budgets this narrows your chances for success and in some cases I would recommend against an investment until you have a suitable budget. This figure depends on sector, industry and how competitive it may be – the best starting point is usually a conversation to discuss this and what is realistic.
My approach is that I consider myself an extension of your team. For the majority of my clients, I work remotely for a large part of the month, but will then have a day or two working with their teams from their offices. While I am very hands on from an execution perspective, I am also very keen on upskilling your team and passing on my knowledge so they learn and grow as well.
PPC (pay-per-click) is a broad term for online advertising where you pay for each click, while paid search is a more specific type of PPC that places ads on search results pages or related platforms. The main difference is that paid search is a subset of PPC that targets users based on their search queries, whereas PPC can also include ads on social media, display networks, or video platforms
